Specialized Performance Features of Street Sprinkler Trucks

1.The vehicle is equipped with functions such as water spraying, dust suppression, high- and low-level spraying, pesticide spraying, and guardrail washing, as well as water transport, drainage, and emergency firefighting capabilities.

2.Equipped with front spray nozzles, rear sprinklers, side sprayers, and a rear working platform; the platform features a high-pressure landscaping water cannon (with adjustable spray patterns—including straight stream, heavy rain, moderate rain, and fine mist—and a maximum range of 30 meters). It is fitted with a high-power dedicated water pump and includes a fire hydrant connection, gravity-feed valve, self-priming capability, and a filtration screen. Suction lift is ≥6 meters; spray width is ≥16 meters; and spray range is ≥30 meters.

Performance Characteristics of the Upper Tank Body and Accessories

1.Perforated plate platform: Features thickened perforated plate for superior slip resistance and effective drainage; structurally optimized and formed via stamping.

2.Materials: Tank body made of Q235 steel; baffle thickness 3mm, tank shell thickness 4mm, and tank head thickness 5mm. Features include a large-bore full-port ball valve, an aluminum alloy three-way fitting, and an enlarged main pipeline (76mm).

3.Standard pipe fittings: Cast steel elbows and tees, and aluminum alloy flanged tees. These are produced via one-piece die-casting, ensuring a seamless, leak-proof design; they feature standardized specifications for excellent interchangeability and ease of maintenance or replacement. The aluminum alloy construction offers reduced weight and an attractive, practical appearance, enhancing the product’s overall quality. Other accessories: rear spray system, stainless steel ball valve, and a new S-type high-pressure water cannon.
